NEW Congress Party (NCP) leader Peter Chanda has advised Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) leader Chifumu Banda to be wary of some PF leaders who may have ill intentions of taking over the party.
Mr Chanda accused one of the PF leaders in the alliance of conniving with others to take over NCP, which was a special purpose vehicle for the opposition alliance left by late President Edgar Lungu.
He said that what happened to his party may just happen to FDD if Mr Banda is not cautious.
The opposition leader vowed he would never go back to the opposition alliance, citing disunity.
“Tonse Alliance today has expelled the PF, an indication that there is still confusion,” he said.
He said his party will continue participating in electoral processes as an independent entity, having taken a leaf from President Hakainde Hichilema, who has shown resilience in his political journey….. https://enews.daily-mail.co.zm/welcome/home
