A 13-YEAR-OLD boy of Lumezi District who went missing for six days while picking mushrooms with his brothers in neighbouring Malawi’s Kasungu National Park has been found alive.
Wezzy Manda and his three brothers had gone to collect mushrooms in the elephant-populated park.
The boy went missing last Tuesday after separating from his brothers.
Eastern Province police commanding officer Robertson Mweemba said the four brothers had agreed to meet at a certain point before returning home together.
“Around 16:00 hours, they all started reuniting at the agreed site. By 17:00 hours, as darkness approached, they noticed that Wezzy Manda had not shown up,” Mr Mweemba said…https://enews.daily-mail.co.zm/welcome/home
