PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says his administration mourns with Minister of Fisheries and Livestock Peter Kapala, who lost his wife, Charity.
Mr Hichilema, in the company of several Cabinet ministers, senior government officials and UPND officials, yesterday visited the house of mourning in Lusaka’s Meanwood Ibex Hill area, where he consoled Mr Kapala and the bereaved family, and later signed in the book of condolence.
He asked relatives of Mr Kapala to support him during this challenging moment, because he is now playing the role of father and mother.
“Many of us had no inclination that she will depart in this way. But we all know that God is the Giver of life, He is the one who takes it away.
How? We don’t know. When?
We don’t know.
“Only He knows, that is His secret. So, we can only accept and we asked the family to accept. Difficult as it may be, it’s God’s decision and His time, because none of us can question that,” Mr Hichilema said.
“I think our job now is to offer warm support to children, Minister Kapala and the family, that is the message I gave to his relatives inside the house.”…https://enews.daily-mail.co.zm/
