Ms Mealyn said the first winner would walk away with about US$2,000 worth of prize, the second winner would get a mobile bar to start a business and the last winner would walk away with a bar kit.
She said the first winner would further attend a training in South Africa and have an opportunity to work besides professional in the industry at one of the best restaurants in that country.
