MINISTER of Mines and Minerals Development Paul Kabuswe has described as delusional claims by some opposition politicians that the transfer of shares in Mopani Copper Mines (MCM) from Glencore to International Resources Holdings (IRH), of Abu Dhabi, is illegal.
Mr Kabuswe said in a statement yesterday that claims that Government abrogated the Constitution by not taking the transfer of MCM shares to Parliament are unfounded.
