Mulenga brothers take to court in Uganda

SIBLINGS Chongo and Kalombo Mulenga today begin their fight for a spot in the main category of the Uganda International Badminton Challenge.
The duo is part of 80 players competing in the US$15,000 (K343, 492) rich event that will run from February 21-25 at Lugogo Indoor Stadium in Kampala.
Kalombo, who is the younger of the two brothers, is looking forward to putting up a good performance that will see him qualify for the main draw.
He will face Sai Punyala of Uganda in the preliminary round.
“I am looking forward to this tournament and looking forward to putting up a very impressive performance that can see me play in the main draw. I know it will not be easy to get the spot but I will be focused to attain it.
