The driver has been identified as Michael Mulenga, 24, whose body was found about 10 metres away from a Toyota VVTI, bearing registration number ACV 6966.

“Officers who rushed to the scene found the deceased lying about 10 metres away from a motor vehicle, a Toyota VVTI, beige in colour,” he said.
“The officers identified the deceased through a driving licence found at the scene bearing the name Michael Mulenga.
“He was found wearing a green T-shirt and grey trousers.
