Constitutional amendments to start this year – Haimbe

MINISTER of Justice Mulambo Haimbe says constitutional amendments are likely to start this year.
Southern African Network Against Corruption (SANAC), among several other civil society organisations, has implored the New Dawn administration to urgently facilitate for constitutional reforms to address lacunas which are negatively impacting on governance of the country.
SANAC pointed to Article 52 (6) of the Constitution which it believes can cause an electoral crisis.
