BUYING of equipment for road construction and refurbishing Winter Muleya community stadium using Constituency Development Fund (CDF) will be prioritised this year in Bwacha constituency, Kabwe.
And Chipata City Council is concerned about low uptake of bursaries by young people under CDF’s skills development component in Luangeni, Eastern Province.
Bwacha Member of Parliament Sydney Mushanga says people in the constituency have recommended that 60 percent of CDF under community projects should go to buying equipment for road works.
