ISSUANCE of a US$200 million green bond by Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC) Plc is an exciting time for the capital markets and demonstrates the possibility of raising more green financing, says Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) chief executive officer Philip Chitalu.
