ZAMEFA revenue goes up

METAL Fabricators of Zambia Plc (ZAMEFA)’s revenue has increased by 14 percent to K2,336 million for the financial year ended September this year, from K2,056 million recorded last year.

This was on account of lower copper prices and the depreciation of the Kwacha as the company’s revenue was generated in United States (US) dollars.

The revenue increase was also as a result of higher sales volumes and improved mix of products sold in the current year.
