FRINGILLA Farm Pride Limited says its beef products are certified on a daily basis before slaughter to ensure they are anthrax-free.

Company managing director Andrew Woodley says the company is aware about the safety concerns of eating red meat following an outbreak of anthrax in the country.

Mr Woodley said the farm always conducts daily certifications of animals before slaughter to ensure they are fit for human consumption.

“We would like to take this opportunity to assure you that we, as Fringilla take our utmost care to assure you that we do everything possible to maintain the highest standards in the quality of meats we supply to all our valued customers,” he said in a statement released recently.
