A 23-YEAR-OLD man has been sentenced to six years imprisonment with hard labour for assaulting another man using a taser gun.
Kebby Mwelwa, an unemployed resident of Mushili Township, was charged with occasioning actual bodily harm and malicious damage.
In the first count, on October 24 this year, around 19:00 hours, Mwelwa assaulted Lawrence Besa, a 26-yearold unemployed resident of Old Mushili Township.
