ZNFU urges Govt to strengthen local farmers’ participation

ZAMBIA National Farmers’ Union (ZNFU) has urged Government to strengthen local farmers’ participation in the agriculture sector if the country is to witness growth and yield positive results.
Last week, President Emmerson Mnangagwa was quoted by News24 as saying that he is offering incentives to Zimbabwean white farmers who shifted their business to Zambia at the height of the land reform programme to relocate back to that country.
