Zesco look to stretch lead

TO WIN the league title last season, Zesco United did so with 74 points, which is the same tally they have going into today’s Super Division Week 34 match against Nakambala Leopards in Mazabuka.
That scenario could mean that the league was probably more competitive last year than it is today. In any case, the winner was only decided on the last day last season.
But even with that, Zesco will know that there is no room for error with four games remaining before the end of the season.
With second-placed Nkana not playing until tomorrow, third-placed Green Eagles will be looking to go joint second by overcoming Forest Rangers at Independence Stadium in Choma which they have turned into a fortress this season.
