Zesco coach upbeat despite dropping points

ZESCO United acting coach Tenant Chembo yesterday put up a brave fight after battling to a goalless draw with Red Arrows in a Super Division Week 36 match saying the title is within reach.

“I thought we should have wrapped the game in the first half because we had more chances than in the second half but having said that we are still in it [title race]. I could see the aggression from the team, defensively and going forward,” Chembo said in an interview in Ndola.

Leaders Zesco have 70 points, and need four points from the remaining two matches to win the sixth Super Division title.
