I WISH to register my displeasure with the manner Zamtel takes away clients minutes, bundles and sms’s upon getting another offer using *422#.
Imagine a customer tops up in order to have enough credit, then Zamtel forces him/her to unsubscribe from the previous offer. Isn’t this day light robbery?
Why can’t Zamtel emulate MTN and Airtel who maintain offers until the due date? I am calling on ZICTA to do more in protect the subscribers from this retrogressive act by our own mobile subscriber. I want Zamtel to refund me and other subscribers from the time the said offer started.
