ZAMTEL Limited has started implementing the first phase of network infrastructure upgrade following government capital injection of US$280 million.
Company chief executive officer Sydney Mupeta said the investment will be used to improve various infrastructure of the company such as the call centre and network speed, among others.
Mr Mupeta said on Tuesday that the investment will give the company 4.5G network.
