Zambia to benefit from £55 million

ZAMBIA is among African countries that will benefit from AgDevCo’s £55 million financial support to boost the agriculture sector.
The other countries are Zimbabwe, Malawi, Tanzania, Mozambique, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Ghana and Uganda.
The United Kingdom’s Department for International Development (DFID) will provide the funding to AgDevCo to enable the firm to create more jobs, improve food security and increase wealth in Africa.
AgDevCo says the money will be invested in the countries where the firm has presence and will also expand into new territory, including Kenya and Ivory Coast
