Zambia, SA upgrade co-operation

ZAMBIA and South Africa have signed an agreement on the establishment of a Bi-national Commission (BNC) aimed at promoting and enhancing co-operation in various sectors of government.The BNC will be jointly chaired by the Presidents of the two countries.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Joseph Malanji signed on behalf of Zambia while South Africa’s Minister of International Relations and Co-operation Lindiwe Sisulu signed on behalf of her country.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
