AFTER recording an unexpected win over powerhouse Malawi on Thursday, Zambia yesterday put up a lacklustre performance as they suffered a second defeat to Uganda at the Africa Netball Championship, which ends today at Olympic Youth Development Centre (OYDC) in Lusaka.The tournament is also being used as 2019 Liverpool World Cup qualifier.
Uganda started the game on a high note dominating the proceedings with their smooth passing and led the first quarter18-12.
The defending champions continued with their dominance and widened the lead in the second quarter to 34 – 25 as their goal shooter Peace Proscovia tormented Zambian defender Juliet Kaputeni.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
