THE revelation by FAZ communications manager Nkweto Tembwe that former Chipolopolo midfield genius Charles Musonda’s 19-year-old son, Charly Musonda Jnr, may play for Zambia is great news.
The boy, who is on loan to Spanish side real Betis from Chelsea, has hit top form with his mesmerising skills, hence we need him to play for mother Zambia, since the new constitution allows for dual citizenship. The ball is in the court of FAZ to convince the boy and family to play for the 2012 AfCON kings.  I am hopeful that one day the boy will don the national colours.
