KALONDE NYATI, Lusaka
CABINET has approved the re-establishment of the long-awaited national airline at an initial estimated cost of US$30 million.

The airline is scheduled for launch next year and will be called Zambia Airways.
Minis ter of Transport and Communication Brian Mushimba said this on Monday night during an end of year review for state-owned enterprises under the ministry.
Mr Mushimba said the airline will be created in partnership with Ethiopian Airlines. The Zambian government will be the majority shareholder.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
