WORLD Bank Vice-President for Eastern and Southern Africa Victoria Kwakwa says Africa is failing to feed its people, with 278 million of the population chronically under-nourished. Ms Kwakwa said the continent’s agriculture sector has a huge potential to grow looking at the vast arable land and other natural resources that can help to support agricultural activities.
