Work culture at Luanshya local courts terrible

Dear editor,
I AM a regular visitor to most local courts here in Luanshya.
What I have observed in almost all these local courts is poor timekeeping.
One example I can cite is Kafubu local court in Roan township.
The workers at this local court always report for work very late. As a result they start hearing cases very late, mostly after 11:00 hours.
Most cases are not attended to on time because of this poor work culture.
Can authorities in the Ministry of Justice do something to improve the attitude of these workers because they are denting the image of the government?
