A WOMAN of Ndola learnt in a local court that insulting and accusing an old woman of practising witchcraft is not cheap as she was ordered to pay K300 in compensation.
Kabushi Local Court has ordered Lucy Chipulu, 26, of Ndola’s Mushili Township to pay K300 to an old woman whom she insulted and allegedly accused of practising witchcraft.
Chipulu was sued by Helen Kayula, 57, of the same township, for compensation of insults and defamation of character. CLICK TO READ
