VICE-PRESIDENT Inonge Wina says Africa cannot develop without tackling corruption at all levels.

Speaking on arrival here, Mrs Wina said she is happy that all the African Union member states have agreed to fight corruption in order to transform the African continent.
“You are aware that President Lungu has delegated me to represent Zambia at the on-going 30th Heads of State meeting here in Addis Ababa. As Zambia, we support the theme under which this summit is held. I am happy that the 54 member states have agreed to fight corruption,” Mrs Wina said.
