CHAMBESHI Water and Sewerage Company (CHWSC) managing director Willard Mutoka says the water utility needs US$53 million for rehabilitation of dilapidated water supply and sanitation infrastructure in Northern and Muchinga provinces.
Mr Mutoka said most of the water supply and sanitation infrastructure in its areas of operation was installed a long time ago and is obsolete.
