THE US based Atlantic International University (AIU) has regretted the death of President Sata.
AIU director Ofelia Hernandez says it is with great regret that Mr Sata, who is one of the university’s alumni and fifth president of Zambia, died.
Ms Hernandez said President Sata graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from AIU in 2011.
His final thesis was on how to reach the presidency as opposition. “The same year, he defeated incumbent Rupiah Banda after 10 years of opposition,” she said.
