‘UPND free to go to ICC, ICJ’


PRESIDENT Lungu says the United Party for National Development (UPND) is free to take to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and International Court of Justice (ICJ) its grievances over last month’s general elections but should do so within the confines of the law.
President Lungu said the UPND is entitled to go anywhere as long as the opposition party does not do things outside the requirements of the law.
The President was speaking at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (KKIA) on Thursday night shortly after his return from New York in the United States (US) where he joined other heads of State and Government at the 71st Session of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly.READ MORE
