UPND claims dismissed

THE Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has dismissed allegations by United Party for National Development (UPND) secretary-general Stephen Katuka that it has connived with the independent auditors of the provisional register of voters over findings that there is no evidence to support claims that foreigners were registered as voters.
As virtually all other stakeholders welcome the findings of the auditors, the UPND has remained the lone opposing voice.
The Green Party of Zambia (GPZ) and People’s Alliance for Change (PAC) have described as credible the findings of the independent auditors of the provisional register of voters and that this should put to rest claims that foreigners were registered as voters.READ MORE
