UNZA accident victims laid to rest amid outpouring of grief

THERE was an outpouring of grief yesterday as victims of the Saturday accident which occurred at the University of Zambia (UNZA) junction were being put to rest in Lusaka.
The emotional procession, which was delayed by post-mortem, started with a funeral service at Christ The King Parish in Kaunda Square, where Vice-President Mutale Nalumango directed the ministries of Home Affairs and Transport and Logistics as well as Infrastructure and Urban Development to come up with a policy framework on prevention of unnecessary road traffic accidents.
