Under-qualified local coaches frozen out

LOCAL coaches have effectively been frozen out of the Chipolopolo coaching job after the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) set a UEFA Pro Licence or its equivalent, which no one in Zambia currently has, among the qualifications in its advertisement.
The highest qualified Zambian is former national team coach and FAZ president Kalusha Bwalya, who has a UEFA A, while among the coaches active, Dan Kabwe, Honour Janza and Kelvin Kaindu have UEFA Bs.
