ZAMBIANS should find time to sample tourism sites as a way of relieving themselves of stress in view of tough times due to the country’s economic distress. Former Minister of Tourism Michael Kaingu says tourism is treatment for stress which Zambians should not ignore. The former Mwandi Member of Parliament, who served from 2006 to 2015, said in an interview yesterday that much as most people do not have disposable incomes, they should find time away from work to visit tourism sites.
“When you leave the place of your domicile to take a break, you think straight and you become creative in dealing with whatever challenges you may be facing. There are a lot of benefits we can derive from domestic tourism,” he said.
