PATRIOTIC Front (PF) deputy spokesperson Frank Bwalya says individuals involved in illegal land allocation and acquisition are thugs hiding under the guise of political party cadres.
And Lusaka City Council (LCC) public relations manager Mulunda Habeenzu has urged the general public to report any council official engaging in unethical land allocation.
“I want to avoid the temptation to address cadres, let me address thugs who pose as political party cadres while engaging in illegal land allocation. The issue of saying `the cadres’ only comes in when they think that by identifying themselves in such a manner, somehow, somebody will not touch them,” Mr Bwalya said.READ MORE
