I WOULD like to thank your newspaper.
After you published my letter in the Zambia Daily Mail my money, which had wrongly been deducted, has been refunded and deposited into my bank account.
In the letter, I had complained that at Zanaco Bank’s University of Zambia (UNZA) automated teller machine (ATM), I entered for a withdrawal of K1,500, but the money did not come out despite the balance showing that it had been deducted from my account.
Please continue standing for the poor who do not have the power and influence to seek redress.
