THE Presidential Task Force on maize smuggling yesterday halted transportation of 108 Zambia Railways wagons of maize in Livingstone until the consignment is ascertained as authorised.
Lusaka permanent secretary Stardy Mwale, who lead the task force, said Government has banned the export of maize harvested from the 2015/2016 farming season.
