Talking no longer paramount in chiefs’ case – Judge

THE case in which the country’s four paramount chiefs want the Constitutional Court to determine and declare that they have powers to recognise, install, discipline and dethrone
their surbordinate traditional leaders will not be heard orally.
This was after Constitutional Court Judge Enoch Mulembe dispensed oral hearing of the petition since there were no
disputes on the facts submitted.
