HONE SIAME, Lusaka
ZAMBIA and Rwanda yesterday strengthened co-operation when they signed three bilateral agreements in air services, defence and security and extradition.
And Rwandan President Paul Kagame has invited President Lungu to visit the East African country at his convenience.
