Property attracts $1.1 billion

TRYNESS TEMBO, Lusaka
ZAMBIA’S property market has continued to post growth, attracting about US$1.1 billion worth of investments in the last four years.
Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development Ronald Chitotela attributed the growth to increased investments by institutions such as pension funds, which have heavily invested in the real estate industry. (more…)
