‘Satanism’ scaring Kaoma farmers

RUMOURS of Satanism in farming communities of Kaoma are preventing farmers from enrolling for the e-voucher farmer input support programme (FISP).
Ministry of Agriculture district marketing development officer Howard Halubolya said officers in the district have failed to convince farmers to embrace the e-voucher system.
