State committed to saving pregnant mothers

VICE-PRESIDENT Inonge Wina says Government with the help of co-operating partners is working tirelessly to reduce the deaths of pregnant mothers.
Mrs Wina said the rate at which pregnant mothers have been dying in Zambia is still high and that there is need for concerted efforts to reduce these deaths.
She was speaking on Tuesday when she received the first ever mothers’ shelter built by the Red Cross Society of Zambia.READ MORE
