ON OCTOBER 4, 2019, Ronald Mwale, 44, graduated not only with a law degree but was best student in the School of Law at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA).
Ronald, who describes his graduation as unbelievable, has worked as a photographer for more than 20 years after dropping out of school in Grade 10 due to financial challenges.
For Ronald, acquiring the law degree is not a small achievement because of his humble background and insufficient funds to aid his education.
Having started his primary education at Chisengu Primary School in Mambwe district in 1980, Ronald’s educational journey was interrupted with stoppages due to several financial challenges. He only completed school in 2000 at the age of 25.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
