Dear editor,
MAY I register my disappointment at the state of some of our mobile service provides.
Sometimes I buy internet bundles which expire even before I use them because the service is unavailable.
At times I am unable to communicate as network is purported to be busy.
At certain times I receive unnecessary promotional messages at odd times when I am sleeping.
May the Zambia Information Communication and Technology Agency look at some of these shoddy services.
