ZAMBIA coach Beauty Mwamba says the She-polopolo are not intimidated by Cameroon’s emphatic 8-1 victory over Mozambique in yesterday’s Group B match at the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (COSAFA) Women Championship.
Cameroon, who are guests, lead the group with three points at par with Zambia who edged Lesotho 2-0 at Wolfson Stadium in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
“We are not intimidated by the scoreline [in the Cameroon match]. We play at different intervals. Cameroon are coming from a different region [Central Africa], we will take that challenge. We will just prepare for the game but we are not intimidated,” Mwamba said in an interview.
Zambia tackle Cameroon tomorrow in a match that could decide which team tops the group.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
