Road tolls success story, says Kangwa

DEPUTY Secretary to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa says the road tolling programme has been a success story in the past three years of its implementation, despite being a relatively new phenomenon to Zambia.
Mr Kangwa said it is gratifying that other countries are coming to Zambia to learn and tap ideas on how to successfully implement road tolling programmes.
He said this when he opened a road sector academia partnership workshop yesterday.
