Rise in shopping malls straining centre managers

THE rapid growth in shopping malls is causing a strain on Centre managers who are spending their time worrying about tenant retention, says an expert.

Diaspora Support Initiative (DSI) president Logan Nyasulu said the grade-A-commercial retail space comprising of shopping Centres’ has increased to 300, 000 square meters in 2015 from 105,000square metres in 2005.
