THE release of the final draft Constitution by the government could not have come at a better time.
However, I am concerned about the manner in which we are going to debate the contents of the document.
For example, we may concentrate on arguing over the 50-percent-plus one vote article and forget about the clause on land.
I am therefore appealing to all the citizens to be level-headed when discussing and making demands concerning the draft Constitution.
Well done government!
