WHILE we are hearing of a lot of works being done on township roads in other Copperbelt towns, here in Kitwe it’s very little. Most roads in the town centre are full of pot holes.
The roundabout at KMB station is in a deplorable state.
The President Road, along which the upcoming state-of-the art Edgar Chagwa Lungu Mall is, is an eyesore.
These are areas where most people pass.
Yet the only works are in Garneton township.
How many people are in Garneton? Surely are we setting our priorities right? I request our local MPs to investigate this.
