THE construction of a 33kv overhead electric power line in the newly created Chembe district, Luapula Province, by the Rural Electrification Authority (REA) is ahead of schedule.
REA chief executive officer Geoffrey Musonda, who is on a tour of projects in the Copperbelt and Luapula provinces, said only the service cables are remaining to be dropped.
Mr Musonda said about 90 percent of the works have been done.READ MORE
